Ashley, Chantz & Corbyn {St. Croix Falls, WI Family Portraits}

I love referrals! It's so much fun to meet friends of my clients (or friends...or clients turned friends...or friends turned clients...you get the idea).

Mid-October is a super popular time for portraits, so I was super glad we were able to fit a session in with Ashley, Chantz and Corbyn! We spent the afternoon at Interstate State Park in St. Croix Falls, WI - we got our exercise for the day in and had fun getting some portraits!

We were nervous that we had missed the colors - I think we hit the timing perfectly!

We made sure to get some photos of everyone together.

Ramsey Family {Maple Grove, MN Red Thread Session}

Annie and her husband always knew they wanted a large family and were interested in adopting. In March 2012, they were chosen by a birth mother who was due in three weeks! Michael is now a spunky three year old. Last October, they were chosen by another birth mother to parent her baby. Jack was born about two months later and is now a happy ten-month-old!

After a recent move to Minnesota, we scheduled a fun Red Thread Session at their local park. Both boys did great (as did their parents ;) ) and we had a great time!

Alonzo {River Falls, WI Senior Portraits}

This time of year is so beautiful! Not only do I love doing family sessions at this time, it's also the perfect time for senior portraits.

As crazy as it seems, my youngest brother, Alonzo, is already a senior in high school! He wasn't super excited to do portraits with me, but we got a quick session in anyway. :)

Grant is 1! {Cumberland, WI Baby & Family Portraits}

At the end of September, we were lucky enough to visit these cuties at their new house - and see a couple of our favorite adults! With perfect weather and a gorgeous sunset, we had a great time taking a walk and getting some portraits. Gia was slightly disappointed that we weren't doing indoor pictures ("we still have to do some in the living room") but we still had fun! :)

We were there for Grant, but of course we got some of Gia & the family first (well, the whole time)!

On to the "birthday" boy (okay, we were about a month late...but that's okay!)
